Adult Counseling
I work with adults to explore how past experiences influence the present, offering a safe and supportive space to process and make sense of those patterns. By gaining deeper insight into how these experiences shape daily life, we can begin to shift unhelpful dynamics and open up new possibilities for growth. Couples Counseling
In my work with couples, we start by looking at the emotional rhythms of your relationship and how you respond to each other in moments of tension, distance, and disconnection. We explore the deeper emotional needs and past experiences that may be driving those patterns. Together, we build tools for clearer communication, emotional safety, and conflict repair. As trust and understanding grow, couples often find themselves reconnecting in more meaningful ways and creating a relationship that feels more aligned, supportive, and lasting.
Teen Counseling
I work with teens by first building trust and creating a space where they feel safe and respected. Many young people struggle to put their thoughts and feelings into words, so our work often starts with helping them feel comfortable enough to explore what's going on beneath the surface. Together, we work on managing emotions, making sense of difficult experiences, and developing tools to navigate daily life. Over time, therapy can help them better understand themselves and make choices that feel right for who they are and who they’re becoming.
